HPPSC to announce HP SET 2020 Results soon, here is how to check

HP-SET 2020 Result:  Taking cognizance of Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission published Subject-wise Tentative Answer Key of HP State Eligibility Test (HP SET) 2019 (Paper - I & Paper II) held on the 22nd of November 2020 for which the Last Date for submission of Representation with Objections to Subject-wise Paper - I & Paper - II terminates on the 4th Date of December 2020, there is a likelihood that HP Public Service Commission declare within 10 Days of Release of the Final Answer Key, in case of discrepancy/ies observed in the wake of the Candidates' representation received.

Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission shall likely announce toward mid-December 2020 the Subject-wise Results for HP State Eligibility Test-2019 (22 Subjects) to determine Eligibility for Recruitment to the Post of Assistant Professor(s) in the State Universities and Colleges within the purview of Himachal Pradesh. 

HP SET-2019 consists of 02 Papers for Aggregate 300 Marks (Paper-I for 100 Marks + Paper-II for 200 Marks). HP Public Service Commission shall publish the HP SET 2019 Results coupled with the HP SET Subject Paper-wise Scores / Marks obtained in the Subjects by the Candidates mentioned hereunder:

Himachal Pradesh SSC conducted on the HP SET 2019 to determine Eligibility for Assistant Professor to teach in the State Universities and Colleges in Himachal Pradesh. HP PSC would publish the HP SET-2019 Results here in the Website.         

The Candidates, who appeared in HP State Eligibility Test-2019, may apply with individual Objections to HP SET-2019 Paper-I and Paper-II mentioned hereunder may apply up to 4th December 2020.  HP Public Service Commission would not acknowledge the Candidates' individual Representation to Subject-wise HP SET -2020 Paper 1 and Paper 2 after the 4th of December 2020.

How to check HP SET 2019 Result: 01) Log into HP Staff Selection Commission Website.

HP Staff Selection Commission would publish HP SET 2019 Result in order of 01) Registration No, Roll Number, 03) Candidate's Name, 04) Date of Birth, 05) Father's Name, 06) Category-wise Paper - I & Paper-II Scores. The Candidates shall need to enter HP SET - 2019 01) Registration No. / Roll Number, 02) Date of Birth and Subject-wise Paper-I & Paper- II Scores. 

The Candidates declared Successful in order of Category-wise Marks in Paper - I & Paper - II would be issued HP SET Qualifiet Certificates. 

HP SET - 2019 mandates the HP SET - 2019 Qualification in sync with the UGC-NET Criteria to determine Eligibility for Assistant Professor (and Junior Research Fellowship). Top 6% of the HP SET appeared Candidates who have appeared in both Papers and secure Minimum Qualifying 40% Marks in Aggregate with reference to the Un-Reserved Category Candidates; as well as at least Minimum Qualifying 35% Marks in Aggregate in case of the Candidates belonging to Reserved Communities / Categories will be declared qualified for Eligibility for Assistant Professor in compliance with the Reservation Policy of the State Government.

Tie-Resolving Methodology: In case of TIE persisting at the least Qualifying Cut-off marks in any of HP SET Subjects, then all the candidates, who are tied (i.e. have Equal Marks) will be considered as qualified and, as such, the number of the Qualified Candidates may exceed 6%.
