HP SET Result 2020: HPPSC to soon declare the Paper 1, 2 Results check at

HP State Eligibility Test 2020 Result: HP Public Service shall declare shall the Result and the Scores of HP SET 2020 held on the 22nd of November 2020 soon after releasing in the Website HP SET 2019 Subject-wise Final Answers Key as a result of any discrepancies noticed therein.  HP Public Service Commission will publish HP SET 2019 Results and Score in order of the Roll Numbers of the Candidates. HP Public Service Commission conducted HP State Eligibility Test 2019 in 22 Subjects to determine the Candidates' Subject-wise Eligibility for Recruitment to the Posts Assistant Professor(s) in the Universities and Colleges located in Himachal Pradesh.

There is a likelihood that HP Public Service Commission announces before the 10th Date of December 2020 HP SET 2019 Result of HP State Eligibility Test 2019. HP Public Service Commission shall publish HP SET 2020 Results on the Website. The Candidates declared Successful in HP State Eligibility Test-2019 shall be considered Eligible for Recruitment to the Posts Assistant Professors in the Universities and Colleges in Himachal Pradesh.

Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission held HP State Eligibility Test 2019 (in 22 Subjects) consisted of 02 Papers for Aggregate 300 Marks. HP SET Paper-I carries Maximum 100 Marks and Paper - II for 200 Marks (Total 300 Marks). Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission would publish on the HPPSC Website the Results of HP SET 2019 for all 22 Subjects. HP PSC will also issue a Press Communiqué in the State's Leading Newspapers in reference to HP SET 2020 Results. HP PSC will also inform the HP SET-2019 Successful Candidates, both through Cellphone SMS Alerts and E-Mail Ids thereby advising them to check out HP SET 2019 Results available on HPPSC Website.

The Candidates declared Successful in order of Merit or otherwise, would be able to check out both Result and Marks in all 22 Subjects; viz., 01) Chemical Sciences, 02) English, 03) Life Sciences, 04) Commerce, 05) Economics, 06) Geography, 07) Hindi, 08) History, 09) Mathematical Sciences, 10) Music, 11) Physical Sciences, 12) Physical Education, 13) Sociology, 14) Sanskrut 15) Political Science, 16) Public Administration, 17) Computer Science and Applications, 18) Tourism Administration and Management, 19) Mass Communication and Journalism, 20) Philosophy, 21) Psychology, 22) Education, respectively. 

HP SET 2020 Result Criteria: Top 06% of the Candidates who appeared in both (1st and 2nd) Papers and secure Minimum 40% Marks in Aggregate for Un-Reserved / General Category Candidates, and at least 35% Marks in Aggregate in case of Reserved Community  Candidates, will be declared to be qualified for Eligibility to Assistant Professor(s) by following the Reservation Policy of Himachal Pradesh Government.

Tie-Resolving Methodology: In case of Tie resulting due to Equal Marks secured by more than 02 Candidates at the least Qualifying Cut-off Marks in any of the Subjects given, then all the Candidates figuring on Tie (for scoring / obtained Equal Marks) will be considered as qualified and, as such, the number of the Qualified Candidates may exceed Six (06) Percentage.
