'HIT 2' is the 2nd installment in Sailesh Kolonu’s 'HIT' verse, it’s a crime thriller movie produced by Tollywood star Nani in association with Prashanti Tipirneni. It is already known that the movies in the Tollywood industries give back-to-back hits in the Tollywood Film Industry (TFI) and it started with RRR.  

The industry is so far seen 19 clean hits, whereas TFI has experienced 4 hits in November, Yashoda, Gaalodu, Love Today, and Masooda. Therefore, Adivi Sesh’s HIT 2 is also expected to continue this hit trend of TFI. The expectations from this movie are quite high and the pre-release buzz of this movie is also huge.

'HIT 2' is the most awaited movie by the fans of Adivi Sesh, as the first part of this movie was a great success. Audiences loved it so much that Sailesh Kolonu remade this in Hindi Version and released it to Netflix starring Raj Kumar Rao.  

However, the original version of the movie is more appealing and by seeing its buzz in the industry, it is expected to occupy about 500 screens in the domestic markets, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh alone. The runtime of the movie is 2hrs and has been certified A by the censor board.

The advance bookings for the film have been opened now, and the worldwide theatrical rights have been sold at 14.25 Crores which is actually huge for a tier-2 hero.

The theatrical rights of the film sold at Rs 10,25 Crores in India and Rs 4 Crores Overseas. HIT 2 needs to recover s 20 Crores for the distributor’s share and about 15 Crores to emerge as a hit.

As going early by the trends, the fan will be eyeing an 8-10 crores gross start on its opening day and it needs to churn out approx. 5 crores to complete the break even on the weekend itself.  

If its crosse the mark, it would be the 20th clean hit Telugu film of 2022.
