Haryana state Government has decided to roll-out new Employment Policy from 1 November, 2020. Holding a meeting with Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala, over hike in un-emoloyment rate in the state after Covid-19, Chief Minister has decided to bring New Employment Policy for the state. On November 1, 2020 Govt is committed to deliver new policy for Employment and Industries. "Work has started on the new Employment policy with an aim to roll-out on 1st November, says Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar.
On the matter, Chief Minister Khattar and Deputy Chief Minister Dushyat Chautala met industry leaders and sought suggestions from industrialists on Haryana's industry and employment policy. CM Manohar informed that today's meeting has yielded meaningful results. Several important suggestions have been taken from the entrepreneurs and by brainstorming on these suggestions, the youth of Haryana will get employment on November 1 i.e. Haryana Day, for which the Enterprise and Employment Policy will be launched.

The CM said that the Haryana Employment Policy will come into force from 1 November on Haryana Day. He said that the state's best industry and employment policy will be prepared by incorporating the suggestions received from entrepreneurs. Employment of 75 percent youth of Haryana was also discussed

CM said that the State Government will work towards strengthening the skill of the youth of Haryana. CM said that all small, medium and big industries should register themselves on the 'HEM' portal i.e. Haryana Enterprise Memorandum.
