Haryana IAS Cadre Jobs: HPSC invites Application from Non-SCS Officers

Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has released recruitment advertisement for filling IAS Haryana Cadre vacancies. HPSC invites online applications to select/ recommend 25 candidates to the state government for submission of names to UPSC to fill up 5 IAS posts from Non-State Civil Service Officer through appointment by selection for the select list 2019. The candidate should be recommended from Class 1 Officers. Online applications can be submitted between 20 June to 28 June 2020. Under Advertisement No. 1/2020 - 5 posts of IAS of Haryana Cadre from Non-SCS Officers, HPSC invites online applications from candidates possessing required eligibility.

Applying online at Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) is mandatory. The willing candidates should not wait for the last date and may apply online to the HPSC & concerned department at the earliest so that their departments have sufficient time to consider their candidature and send their recommendations to the HPSC well in time.

Eligibility & Selection Criteria-

The Officers of Class 1, whose post has been declared equivalent to the post of Deputy Collector and who fulfills the eligibility conditions according to Haryana Government order no 66/2/2019-6S(I) dated 09-06-2020 can apply online to the Haryana Public Service Commission on the link www.hpsc.onlineapplications.co.in from 20 to 28 June 2020.

Age limit- Should not be more than 56 Years on the first day of January of the select year (i.e 01/01/2019).

Applicants can download Detailed Job Advertisement for HPSC IAS Cadre jobs opened for Non-State Civil Service (Non-SCS) Officers. The syllabus and pattern of written examination as received from the state Government is available at the website of HPSC as well as Chief Secretary of Government of Haryana.

After examination the commission purely on the basis of marks obtained in the written exam will recommend in order of Merit names of candidates, not exceeding five times the number of vacancies to the state government for onward submission of their names to Union Public Service Commission.
