DSE Odisha TGT, Telugu Teacher Jobs 2021; Apply Online for 6720 Posts Up to 30 September

DSE Odisha TGT and Telugu Teacher 6720 vacancies are on offer to the eligible candidates. The selection will be made on the basis of the result of the Computer Based Competitive Examination, likely to be conducted in the third week of October 2021.

Directorate of Secondary Education, Odisha has released a recruitment notification for filling up 6720 vacancies of TGT and Telugu Teachers in Government Secondary Schools of the State of Odisha, 2021. DSE in this row invites online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment against said Contractual positions. The last date for filling up of application form is September 30, 2021.

Among the advertised 6720 vacancies, 3136 posts for TGT Arts, 1842 posts of TGT Science, 1717 posts of TGT Science (CBZ), and 25 posts of Telegu Teacher to be filled.

Eligible candidates have to apply online from September 04 to 30, 2021 through the official website dseodisha.in. All Candidates have to pay Rs. 600 as processing fee. However, in case of candidates of SC, ST, and PWD category Rs. 400 is to be paid as an application fee. The payment will be made through the online payment gateway on the online application page. In addition to that, candidates who intend to apply for the TGT/ Telugu Teacher have to go through the detailed notification before applying online.

In order to be eligible, a candidate must have attained 21 years of age and must not be above 32 years of age as on January 01, 2021. Provided that relaxation in upper age limit shall be allowed to candidates of different social/special reserved categories.

TGT Arts: Bachelor Degree in Arts / Commerce or a Shastri (Sanskrit) Degree from a recognized university with two school subjects. And 4-year Integrated B.A B.Ed from an NCTE recognized Institution with two school subjects.

TGT Science (PCM): Bachelor's Degree in Science / B.Tech/ B.E. with two school subjects from a recognized university having 50% marks in aggregate.

Classical Teacher (Telugu): Bachelor's degree in Arts having Telugu as a subject with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PWD/SEBC candidates) and Telugu B.Ed. from a University/Institution recognized by NCT.

According to the notification, tentatively the online computer-based examination will be conducted in the third week of October. The Computer-Based Competitive Examination is to be held in selected Test Centres in Odisha. The locations shall be indicated in the online application form out of which the candidate shall have three options in order of preference.
