Dobaaraa box office collection Day 7: Taapsee Pannu Starrer Crashes At The Box Office!

Dobaaraa, the most recent film from Taapsee Pannu, was well-received by both reviewers and viewers upon its August 19 release. The same is not evident in its box office collections, though. According to the most recent data, Dobaaraa barely made any money on Day 6 of collections. It only brought in Rs. 4.40 crore.

At the box office, Dobaaraa also has Laal Singh Chaddha and Raksha Bandhan to contend with. The latter two movies, though, are also performing poorly. It is expected that the film will hardly earn Rs. 20 Lakhs at the box office on day 7. 

Dobaaraa Box Office Collection Day 7

Dobaaraa, starring Taapsee Pannu, only made Rs 72 lakh on Day 1. It is currently having trouble earning more than Rs 5 crore at the box office. Day 5, August 23, saw Rs 3.87 crore in revenue for Dobaaraa. Day 6, August 24, saw scarcely any growth in the revenues due to its low one-day revenue of Rs 0.45 crore. So, based on trade estimates, the total box office take would now be Rs 4.40 crore.

On August 19, the Taapsee Pannu-starring film was released in just 370 theatres. Despite receiving positive reviews from reviewers, the movie was unable to get audiences to the theatres. On Wednesday, August 24, Dobaaraa had a 7.66% overall occupancy in Hindi. Talking about day 7, It is expected that the film will hardly earn Rs. 20-30 Lakhs.

About The Film 

Dobaaraa's story revolves around a woman who has the chance to save the life of a 12-year-old boy who witnessed a fatal accident during a rainstorm 25 years prior. She accomplishes this by connecting via the television while a similar storm is occurring in the present.
