A recruitment notification has been released for filling-up 233 posts of Gramin Dak Sevak or GDS in Delhi Postal Circle. Delhi post office department invites applications from eligible candidates at website www.appost.in/gdsonline for recruitment on 233 posts of GDS.
Releasing an official notification for the posts of Gram Dak Sevak Cycle III/ 2021-21 in Delhi Circle, authorities invites online Applications for the recruitment against 233 posts. The last date to apply for the Delhi Post Office GDS recruitment 2021, is 26 February 2021 (26/02/2021).
"Applications are invited by the respective engaging authorities, from eligible candidates for the selection and engagement to the 233 posts of Gramin Dak Sevaks", an official notice reads.
The minimum and maximum age for the purpose of engagement to GDS posts shall be 18 and 40 years respectively as on 27.01.2021.
Candidates should have qualified for the Secondary School Examination or have passed certificate of 10th standard with passing marks in Mathematics, the local language, and English (having been studied as compulsory or elective subjects) conducted by any recognized Board of School Education.
Knowledge of Cycling is a pre-requisite condition for all GDS posts. In the case of a candidate having knowledge of riding a scooter or motorcycle, that may be considered as knowledge of cycling.
Application Fee: Applicants belonging to the category UR/OBC/EWS Male/trans-man have to pay a fee of Rs.100/-(Rupees one hundred only).

How to Apply for Delhi Post - Office GDS recruitment 2021:
Stage 1. Registration Initially candidate has to register in the Registration module once per cycle and obtain a unique registration number
Stage 2. Fee Payment UR/OBC/EWS Male/Trans-man need to make the fee payment. In case of online payment, if no confirmation is received after the deduction of the amount from the candidate's bank account, candidates can await up to 72 Hours for settlement.
