BSF Constable GD Result 2020 announced, 3,334 qualify for Medical exam beginning from 1 December

Border Security Force (BSF) on Wednesday announced the result of Constable (GD) written exam held on 8 November. BSF shortlists a total 3,334 candidates for the Medical examination, scheduled to begin from 1st December 2020.

The Border Security Force (BSF) has announced the result of Constable (General Duty) written examination 2020. Frontier Headquarter, BSF Paloura camp on Nov 25, publishes a list of 3,334 candidates qualify for the Medical examination. Candidates who have appeared for the BSF Constable GD written examination held on November 8, 2020 can check their names, roll numbers, and scored marks from the list displayed at bsf.gov.in.

BSF shortlists a total 3,334 candidates for the Medical Examination test, two and half times of the advertised vacancies in respective categories. HQ decides the category wise cut-off marks for Entire J&K and Ladakh, Border districts for Male and Female categories. From General category in J&K and Ladakh a total 1119 candidates are shortlisted for the Medical Examination Test (MET). Whereas, 137 candidates from General category are shortlisted from the border districts.

BSF to hold Medical Examination test (MET) for the 3,334 candidates shortlisted in the written examination. MET will begin from December 1, 2020. Medical examination will be conducted till December 14, 2020 at BSF Campus, Painthee (Samba), STC BSF Udhampur, Paloura Camp BSF, Jammu, Humhama Camp CH BSF Srinagar, and SHQ BSF Campus Rajouri etc.

A list of candidates (Male and Female) who have qualified in GD written examination and further shortlisted for medical examination test, is made available at the official site. BSF GD examination result list contains the marks scored by a candidate who appeared for the examination held on 8 November 2020 and respective category cut-off prepared to shortlist.

Note- Candidates can check out the marks scored by him/ her in the written exam along with the remark (for rejection/ shortlist), in the merit list.
