The last date for Application Form Registration for Assistant Prosecution Officer post is decided as 21st February, last date for Online fee submission is 26th Feb and closing date of Application receiving is 6 March 2020.
Applications in Online mode for Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) 553 posts are open. Last date to apply is March 6. However, the last date to deposit fee is February 26 & Registration date is 21st Feb at bpsc.bih.nic.in Candidates who have graduate with a law degree from a recognized College/ Institute can apply for the posts. Minimum age limit for APO post is 21 years, upper age limit is 37 years.

Selection Method- Selection of candidates will be based on 3 Tier selection method as Preliminary Exam, Mains Examination and Personal Interviews. Candidates in prior have to appear for a preliminary test carrying 250 marks including 100 marks for general studies and 150 marks for law paper.
Candidates qualifying the Preliminary Test will have to appear for APO Main exam carrying 900 marks. Candidates who clear the main exam will have to appear for interview.
Application Fee- RS 600/- for General / Other state candidates. Whereas for SC/ ST of Bihar State only fee is 150/-
