Ad hoc Clerk Recruitment 2020: The Office of Registrar, District & Sessions Judge, has invited Duly completed Applications from the Candidates Eligible for the Post.  The Last Date for submission of the duly filled in Application Forms shall close on the 3rd Date of December 2020 (03.12.2020).  The Candidates satisfying the Eligibility Criteria may apply with all the Documents and submit either in person or mail through Post addressed to the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Bhiwani Court latest by the Date notified vide the Recruitment Notification available at the District & Sessions Judge Court Website.   

There are Total  34 Vacancies Ad hoc Basis Clerks Post for a period of 06 Months until Regular Appointment for the same Position is made by the Court of Punjab and Haryana Court. The Candidates must carefully read the Advertisement before applying.

The Controller of Examinations shall conduct the Objective Type Written Examination for which separate Press Release shall be released. The Candidates would be issued the Admit Cards / Call Letters through Cellphone SMS Alerts prior to commencement of the Written Examination.  

Eligibility Criteria: Age Limitation (As On 01.01.2020):- Upper Age Limit for Un-Reserved Category is Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 42 Years. Relaxation in Upper Age Limit for Reserved Community.

Educational Qualification: The Eligible Candidates must have in possession the Bachelor Course Degree (Or Equivalent) in Arts / Science awarded by the State Government.  

Clerk Examination Scheme: The Clerks Examination 2020 comprising 02 Test Sections; 01) English Composition and 02) General Knowledge each for carrying 50 Marks, Total 100 Marks.

Modality of Selection: Final Selection to the Post of Ad hoc Clerk in Districts and Sessions Judge, Bhiwani, shall remain based on the Candidates' individual Performance and Merit in the Written Examination and Individual Qualifying Performance in the Computer Proficiency Test (CPT). 

Selection to the Post Ad hoc Clerk consists of 02 Stage: 01) Written Examination and 02) Computer Proficiency Test (Qualifying in nature). The Minimum Qualifying Marks to be obtained in the Written Examination by the Candidates has been stipulated at 33% Marks in each Test Paper and 40% Marks in Aggregate.
