Eligibility: There is No Age Limitation for appearing in the AIBE 2021. Educational Qualification: The Candidate must have in possession Bachelor's Degree in Law from any University Duly Recognized. The Candidate must also be registered with the Bar Council of India (BCI) / Star Bar Council (SBC) of the State Concerned. Relaxation in the Eligibility for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe Community Candidates.

AIBE XVI 2021 Admit Card: The Bar Council of India would issue the Candidates the E-Admit Card prior to commencement of the XVIth All India Bar Examination 2021. The AIBE XVI Admit Card Link shall be activated on the 6th Date of March 2021 onward. The Candidates might download respective AIBE 2021 Admit Cards through Candidate's Log-in on the AIBE Website.
XVIth AIBE 2021: The Bar Council of India shall host on the 21st of March 2021 the 16th All-India Bar Examination - 2021 for the Candidates. The AIBE - XVI comprises 100 Multiple-Choice Questions of Objective-Type. XVIth All-India Bar Examination - 2021 due to held on 21st March 2021 carrying Maximum 100 Marks involves No Negative Marking.
