The Bombay High Court will hear the bail plea of ​​Aryan Khan today i.e Tuesday, son of Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan, arrested in the Mumbai cruise drugs raid case. Aryan Khan approached the Bombay High Court on Thursday seeking bail under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. Earlier, the judicial custody of Aryan Khan was extended till October 30, while dismissing the petition filed in the case.

Aryan Khan's bail plea was rejected on October 20, the legal team of advocate Satish Maneshinde moved to the Mumbai High Court. The court then agreed to hear the matter on Tuesday, 26 October. Aryan's lawyer in the case had earlier said, "We told the court that the matter should be heard through video conferencing, but the judge refused."

According to reports, Aryan Khan's bail plea is listed at number 57. While the bail application of Arbaaz Merchant is listed at number 64. Meanwhile, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the High Court will oppose the bail of all the accused in the case, including Aryan Khan.

Aryan Khan is in custody for over three weeks now. After both the magistrate court and the special NDPS court rejected Aryan's bail application in the Mumbai cruise drugs case. Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan met his son for the first time on October 21 at Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai.

Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB on October 2 after a raid at a Mumbai cruise rave party. During the raid led by Regional Director Sameer Wankhede, they seized 13 grams of cocaine, 5 grams of MD, 21 grams of charas, 22 tablets of MDMA (Ecstasy), and Rs 1.33 lakh in cash.

NCB has so far arrested a total of 20 people in this case. Meanwhile, NCB's investigation in the matter is also going on. Earlier, actress Ananya Pandey was called for questioning twice last week on the basis of a WhatsApp chat found on Aryan Khan's mobile phone.
