AP ICET Result 2020 Declared, 40,000 Candidates Declared Passed in Integrated CET

Sri Venkateswara University (on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education)  has announced AP Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP ICET) Result and Rank Score Card.  AP ICET 2020 Result and Rank may be downloaded by the Candidates by entering 01) Online Registration Number and 02) AP ICET Hall Ticket in the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) Website. Sri Venkateswara University would host on the 10th and 11th Dates of September 2020 AP Integrated Common Entrance Test  for Maximum 200 Marks (200 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions).  As many as 40,000 Candidates were declared Successful having passed AP Integrated Common Entrance Test 2020 (AP ICET) 2020.  

The Candidates declared Successful based on AP-ICET 2020 Merit Rank remain Eligible for seeking admission into the 1st Year of 01) Master of Business Administration (MBA), 02) Master of Computer Applications* (MCA) Program and 03) Lateral Year 2nd Year of MCA Progams into the State University  and Affiliated Colleges for the Academic Session 2020 - 21.

Admission into the First Year of MBA / MCA* Course and Second Year Lateral Entry into MCA* Program for the Academic Year 2020 - 21 shall be conducted on the basis of AP ICET 2020 Merit Rank. The Un-Reserved Category Candidates having Merit Rank in AP ICET 2020 would be offered Admission into the Program offered by the State Colleges.

AP ICET 2020 Merit Rank Criteria for Admission into the State University/ies and Colleges: Sri Venakateswara University prepared Category-wise under AP ICET 2020 Merit  Rank involved the  General Category having secured Minimum Qualifying 25% Marks (50 out of 200 Marks] and the Candidates belonging to the Category of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes to whom the Qualifying Marks have not been prescribed shall be assigned the Rank in the order of the Merit on the basis of the Marks obtained in Andhra Pradesh ICET, which included application of Tie Resolving. 

Tie-Resolving Methodology: In case of more than one student scoring Equal Marks in AP ICET 2020, Sri Vekateswara University would apply the following Criteria: By considering the Marks scored in Section A in case Tie persisting, the Marks obtained by any Student in Section B taken into consideration. In case Tie still persisting, Tie was resolved by taking into account age of the Candidate the Senior / Older Candidate assigned Priority

The Canddidates Merit Rank secured in AP ICET-2020 remain valid for admission in the Academic Session 2020 - 21 in the Andhra Pradesh State Colleges offering First Year of Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Masterof Computer Applications (MCA) AND Lateral Entry into Second Year of Master of Computer Applications (MCA) Programs in the State's University Colleges and their affiliated Colleges.
