List of Activities allowed & Restricted from Today: State/ UT Wise

As lockdown is extended till May 17, the activities allowed and restricted from May 4 are laid down by respective State Govts, authorities as relaxations. Services, Shops & Factories are allowed functioning in various States / UTs, and here is a list of activities allowed from today to function in states. State Governments have officially announced relaxations to operationalize industries, shops, travels along with essential supplies. Here is state/ UT wise relaxations officially operationalizing from Today (May 4).

From national capital, Delhi to Covid19 most affected state Maharashtra, from Puducherry to Goa here are activities allowed from May 4 to function amid lockdown 3.

Activities allowed and restricted state wise

Delhi-  According to Delhi Government order, Shops selling liquor, paan, gutka, tobacco, etc are allowed to operate provided their standalone shops, neighborhood (colony)shops or shops in residential complexes. These shops shall ensure a minimum of 6 ft distance among customers & not more than 5 persons at one time at a shop. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday said that not more than 50 people would be allowed at wedding functions and not more than 20 people could attend the last rites of a deceased person. e-Passes issued by Delhi Police will remain valid till May 17. Those who've been included in relaxations announced by Govt should carry valid ID with themselves. I appeal to everyone to cooperate with Police. Action will be taken against violators, said Delhi Police PRO, MS Randhawa.

Nagpur (Maharashtra)- Lockdown has been extended in Nagpur city till May 17. 33% of offices will remain closed ever outside containment zones. However, all the essential services will be functional, according to Tukaram Mundhe, Nagpur Municipal Commissioner Maharashtra.

Pune (Maharashtra)- Normal public movement outside the containment zone allowed between 7 am to 7 pm. In all 69 containment zones, all shops related to essential services shall remain open only between 10 am to 2 pm, rest everything to remain closed. Medical and hospitals excluded: Pune Police, Maharashtra. Outside these containment zones, all shops related to essential services to remain open between 10 am to 6 pm. For shops related to non-essential services only 5 shops in one lane to be allowed to remain open. Medical and hospitals to be excluded.

Aurangabad- (Maharashtra) Govt decides to open liquor shops even in the red zone! If shops in Aurangabad open we'll break lockdown restrictions & forcibly close these shops. Will make many women come out on the streets. This isn't time to sell liquor & create problems for mothers & sisters: Aurangabad MP #Maharashtra

Haryana-

Bangalore- All shops in rural areas, except in malls, are permitted to remain open, without any distinction of essential and non-essential. Social distancing (6 Feet) will be maintained in all cases: Commissioner of Police and Additional District Magistrate, Bengaluru City, Karnataka. All standalone shops, neighborhood shops, and shops in residential complexes are permitted to remain open in urban areas, without any distinction of essential and non-essentials. From tomorrow you don’t need pass to move in Bengaluru between 7 am&7pm. After 7 pm  & upto 7 am the following morning, even if you have a pass you're not allowed to move except medical& essential service. Checkpoints will remain & ID may be asked, Commissioner of Police, Bengaluru city.

Assam- Barbershops, saloons, and parlors shall continue to remain closed, however, home visits of barber would be allowed after following hygiene and sanitization norms, said Assam Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. No livestock carrying trucks shall be allowed to enter the state. However, if there is any truck already loaded with livestock and headed for any state outside Assam those may be allowed to move to their destination without stopping in Assam.

List of Activities allowed & Restricted from Today

Chhattisgarh-  Government offices, except those in containment zones, in Chhattisgarh, will reopen from today, said General Administration Department, Government of Chhattisgarh COVID19

Puducherry- Permission granted to operate factories from 04-05-2020. All shops are permitted to open. Stores must open from 6 am to 5 pm. If social space is not adhered to, action will be taken. Restaurants can open from 6 am to 5 pm but the only parcel will be provided, said Puducherry CM. Puducherry cabinet has not taken any decision on the opening of liquor shops: Puducherry Chief Minister V Narayanasamy (03.05.2020)

Goa- Goa will follow all the guidelines issued by the Centre for lockdown 3.0 till 17th May. All the shops selling non-essential goods can open between 7 am and 7 pm, said Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawa
