At the box office, Hridayam continues to win hearts. The Pranav Mohanlal-starrer grossed around ₹3.30 crores in its second weekend, a reduction of only 53% from its debut weekend, bringing its ten-day total to approximately ₹19.65 crores.
It is also doing well overseas, grossing USD 2.1 million (₹16 crores) to far for a worldwide box office take of around ₹35.65 crores, making it the largest grosser for the lead actor, surpassing his previous best Aadhi. In India, it is still some ₹4 crores behind, but it will overtake the top spot perhaps next week. Hridayam Day 10 box office collection numbers are as compiled below.
|Week 1||(Jan 21-27)||₹16.35 Cr|
|Fri||Day 8 (Jan 28)||₹1.20 Cr|
|Sat||Day 9 (Jan 29)||₹1.80 Cr|
|Sun||Day 10 (Jan 30)||₹0.30 Cr|
The film performed well in Kerala, grossing approximately ₹2.60 crores in its second weekend, a dip of only 55% from a robust first weekend. In actuality, the reduction is considerably more impressive because the second weekend is missing around 25% of the box office due to cinemas closing in sections of the state. The true value drop is only 40%, making this an excellent hold.
