The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed to form a dedicated team for document verification of all school teachers, Sikshamitra and Professors. UP Govt in view of ongoing investigations in 69,000 Teachers bharti scandal and on the documents of Anamika Shukla fake Teachers’ joining, has ordered to form a dedicated team for document verification of Teachers, Sikshamitra & Professors teaching in state Basic, Primary & High Schools. After formation of dedicated team as ordered by Chief Minister, Documents of nearly 6.7 lakh School Teachers and Sikshamitra will be verified, a report said.
On Sunday Additional Chief Secretary of Home Department said that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has ordered to form a dedicated team for Document Verification of School Teachers. “To examine the educational documents of teachers of all schools in State, a dedicated team will be formed”, Additional CS Avnish Kumar Awasthi said.
Chief Minister has set up a 'dedicated team' to examine the educational documents of teachers of all Basic, Secondary and Higher Educational Institutions, Social Welfare Department Schools and Kasturba Gandhi Residential Girls' Schools.
Documents of nearly 6.7 Lakh Teachers to be verified- Document verification of Sikshamitras, Professors and School Teachers teaching in Basic Education Board, Primary Education & Higher Education will be verified by dedicated team. The decision is taken amid controversial corruption charges being faced in U.P 69,000 Teachers Bharti and fake Anamika Teachers scam. As per report, nearly 6.7 Lakh teachers will come under scanner including Basic, Primary & those teaching in Higher Educational Institutions.
CM Yogi Adityanath also said that if a person is found to be working on fake documents, strict and immediate action will be taken against him or her. The decision was taken in a meeting chaired by CM Yogi Adityanath on Sunday over ongoing investigations in UP 69,000 Teachers bharti 2019-20 and Kasturba Gandhi Awasiya Vidyalaya's fake Anamika Shukla joinees.
The State Government has rolled out the plan to form team for document verification at a time when the Anamika Shukla case and STF investigation in UP 69,000 Teachers bharti are ongoing in the state.
In many districts in Uttar Pradesh state, on the name of Anamika Shukla, there have been found several cases where Female Teachers are getting paid the Salaries. The Special Task Force (STF) of the Uttar Pradesh police is investigating the matter.
In other case of 69,000 Assistant Teachers in Basic Education Board Primary Schools, several arrests have been made after toppers of bharti found ineligible and fake selections.
