Haryana State Government shall introduce the National Testing Agency conducted Haryana TET Format / Pattern Common Entrance Test for Recruitment to Group 'C' Posts (Clerk, Steno-Typist, Junior Scale Stenographer, Auditor/Accountant) with different Eligibility Criteria prescribed specific thereto.

Group 'C' Post Recruitment: Haryana State Government is all set to introduce hosting of Haryana TET Format / Patterned Common Entrance Test shall for selection to Group 'C' Posts; viz., Clerk, Steno-Typist, Junior Scale Stenographer, Auditor / Accountant.  The Candidates shall have to make One Time Payment of Application / Examination and Processing Charges for a period of 03-Years.  The Unique features for introducing Common Entrance Test are as follows:

Haryana Group 'C' Post CET Key Point:

The National Testing Agency shall host Common Entrance Test for the Posts; viz., Clerks, Steno-Typist, Junior Scale Stenographer, Accountant / Auditor.

01) That the Candidates would have to pay once the Application / Examination and Processing Fee for a period of 03-Years. 

02) That the Candidates having appeared in Haryana TET Pattern Common Entrance Test, declared as passed in the Common Entrance Test would be issued a Common Entrance Test Certification (CETC) with 03-Years' Validity. 

03) That the Candidates with Higher Marks would be considered for Selection in order of Merit (through Interview involving Document Verification, Antecedent Check-up, Medical Fitness among others) 

04) That the Candidates would have the option of re-appearing in the CET to ensure Higher Marks for Selection.          

Haryana SSC, on the basis of the CET Merit Prepared, in order of Availability of the Seats, shall invite the Candidates for Selection to the Post.  

Eligibility Criteria: For the Posts, viz., Clerk, For Steno-Typist, Junior Scale Stenographer, 10+2 (Intermediate).

For Clerk Posts, 01-Year's Experience and other Qualifications essential for the Post would be that of Direct Recruitment. For Promotion, 03-Years' Experience, Graduation or its Equivalent. The Candidates for the Position would have to pass the State Government conducted Common Entrance Test as well as qualifying the SETC is essential.  

In case of Group 'D' Posts for Promotion, SETC Test would have to be qualified/passed by the Candidates. Group 'D' 10+2 or Equivalent thereof, 05-Years' Experience.  

For the Post of Assistant, Recruitment will be through Promotion. 03-Years' Experience in the capacity of Clerk, Graduation or its Equivalent. The Candidates for the Position would have to pass the State Government conducted Common Entrance Test as well as qualifying the SETC is essential.  

For the Post of Deputy Superintendent, Recruitment will be through Promotion. 08-Years' Experience in the capacity of Assistant, Graduation or its Equivalent. The Candidates for the Position would have to pass the State Government conducted Common Entrance Test as well as qualifying the SETC is essential.

For Personal Assistant Post, the Recruitment shall be filled through Promotion.  For the same Senior Scale Stenographers with 05-Years' Experience, and other Eligibility that are applicable to Recruitment to the Post of Junior Scale Stenographer.  English Stenographer: 100 WPM  for Dictation and 20 WPM for Transcription and For Hindi  Stenography 80 WPM and 15 WPM.  4% Mistakes shall be ignored. SETC Test would have to be passed.

For English Steno-Typist Post: 80 WPM  for Dictation and 25 WPM for Transcription and For Hindi  Stenography 64 WPM and 20 WPM.  8% Mistakes shall be ignored. SETC Test would have to be passed. 02-Years' Experience and other Qualifications essential for the Post would be that of Direct Recruitment.

For Junior Scale Stenographer: English Stenographer: 100 WPM  for Dictation and 20 WPM for Transcription and For Hindi  Stenography 80 WPM and 15 WPM. 8% Mistakes shall be ignored. SETC Test would have to be passed.

SETC Test would have to be passed.

For Accountant / Auditor: Graduation or Equivalent. Passing / Qualifying SETC shall be Essential.   

For all the Posts the Candidate must have Hindi or Sanskrut as a Compulsory Subject. Or Hindi as a Compulsory Subject in Higher Standard for the Posts Clerk Steno-Typist, Junior Scale Stenographer, Auditor and Accountants.
