A FIR has been registered against the former Chairman of Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) in PTI Teachers’ bharti. Haryana Vigilance Bureau on Wednesday registered First Information Report against ex-HSSC Chairman and Officers who were indulge in 10 Years old PTI Teachers recruitment. On the directions of Advocate General Office, Vigilance registered a FIR report against former HSSC Chairman & Co-Officers in corruption and fraud charges in Physical Training Instructor (PTI) Teachers bharti released in year 2006.
In a press release report it is stated that in year 2006 under the leadership of former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupendra Hooda, HSSC Commission released a recruitment on 1983 PTI Teachers posts and provided joining to Teachers in year 2010. Later in the charges of corruption, High Court found irregularities in bharti and ordered to cancel the bharti.
Based on sources, present Haryana Government has found irregularities in the 2006 PTI Teachers bharti and all set to scrap the joining of Teachers recruited by former HSSC Chairman. On 1983 posts PTI Teachers were recruited & later Punjab & Haryana High Court cancelled the bharti which later authorised by Supreme Court of India. It is also said that between Year 2005 to 2010 the Chairman of Haryana Staff Selection Commission was Nand Lal Punia. However the name of Chairman is not mentioned in the Wednesday registered FIR by Haryana Vigilance Bureau.

Taking into cognizance the decision of Supreme Court present State Government recently scrapped the 1983 PTI Teachers bharti & also rejected the joining of those PTI Teachers. In recent days PTI Teachers are found protesting against the decision taken by Haryana Government. The notice on cancellation of 2006 released PTI Teachers bharti and commencement of new recruitment on the same 1983 posts is available at official website hssc.gov.in.
