Fawad Chaudhary Science & Technology Minister of Pakistan, tweeted he will provide Internet to Kashmiri people & that’s their fundamental right & later brutally trolled. "Internet is considered a fundamental right nowadays" Fawad Choudhary tweeted. However as soon the Pakistani Minister tweeted Twitter Army from his own country trolled him and termed “a big Joke for Pakistanis”.
Fawad Choudhary is Pakistan's Science and Technology Minister and he used to make statement on Kashmir in desperation and this is not new as analyst said. The Statement over providing Internet in Kashmir comes months after the Government of Indian abrogated Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. Not only on Kashmir’s situation the Minister also said he has also reached out to Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (SUPARCO).
The Pakistan Science & Technology Minister Fawad Chaudhry on Friday tweeted, he takes responsibility to fulfill fundamental rights of Kashmir people and will provide internet facility in Valley. But this was not the end. It should be noted that the minister had misspelt the name of SUPARCO as 'SPRACO' that further added fuel to him being shamed on social media. Choudhry, in his tweet, also referred to the people of Jammu and Kashmir as 'caged citizens'. The tweet comes at a time when the minority communities in Pakistan has been suffering blatant human rights atrocities,
Replying to Minister on twitter, people made joke of his tweet and brutally trolled over baseless statement. Users replied him in a sense that he can understand very well.
"Please don't play a game of satellite war.. It would be worst for Pakistan. .. Hahahah," a Twitter user said.
"What a funny idea of Fawad Choudhary the big joke for Pakistan tech. Minster" said an other user.
"And people are congratulating him for providing internet via satellite this is what is Naya Pakistan.. And he is science and tech minister," said another.
"Is he technology minister?" a fourth tweeted.
However, Twitter army brutally trolled Fawad Choudhary terming him 'big joke for Pakistan'. Not only Chaudhary but almost all Pakistani leaders are under tremendous pressure after abrogation of Article 370 by Indian Parliament. In desperation several ministers are making remarks over Kashmir everyday. Even Pakistani Prime Minister also took the Indian stand on Kashmir to United Nations months ago, but has been taken seriously by any of the UN Body, countries and other agencies.
Indian government had time and again reiterated that restrictions on mobile services were imposed in the Valley to prevent misuse of these services for flaring tensions. The then Governor Satya Pal Malik had said that the curb has been imposed as these facilities were abused as a weapon against the country and mostly exploited by terrorists to mobilise the people.
