On Sunday Punjab reported second death due to Coronavirus. A deseased who was a confirmed positive case suffered a cardiac arrest late on Sunday died as second from Punjab. A 62 years old man on Sunday died in Punjab at the Government Medical College and Hospital, Amritsar. The recent death in Punjab increased the number to two died due to Coronavirus. On Sunday total cases reached the 1000 mark across India with 26 death casualties.
On Sunday the second death due to COVID19 reported in Amritsar Hospital. The recent deceased is reported came in contact with first case of Coronavirus in Punjab who died on March 18. In India number of positive cases of Coronavirus have reached the 1000 mark.

The deceased who died on Sunday due to Coronavirus was a resident of Moranwali village of district Hoshiarpur, Punjab.
As Civil Surgeon Prabhadeep Kaur answered the deceased was a contact case of the 70-year-old man, who was the first death due to Coronavirus in Punjab and had died on March 18. It is reported that the second dead deceased was a confirmed positive case and on Sunday suffered a cardiac arrest and died. The patient was also known to have diabetes and hypertension as medical report suggested. He was under treatment at the Government Medical College and hospital in Amritsar since March 23.
Total cases in Punjab have reached to 38 in numbers. The good news in state is not even a single case has been reported in last 48 hours. Whereas number of COVID19 positive cases in India crossed 1000 mark with 25+ casualties.
On late Sunday it was reported that Punjab suffered second Coronavirus death after a 62-year-old man died at the Government Medical College and Hospital in Amritsar. With the latest death late on Sunday, the total COVID-19 related fatalities in Punjab have increased to two with total 38 positive cases. No fresh case has been reported during the last 48 hours, Punjab administration replied.
