A huge loss for Delhi
Just now got to know about the extremely terrible news about the passing away of Mrs Sheila Dikshit ji. It is a huge loss for Delhi and her contribution will always be remembered. My heartfelt condolences to her family members. May her soul rest in peace said by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
She transformed the face of Delhi
We regret to hear of the passing (away) of Smt Sheila Dikshit. Lifelong congresswoman and as three time CM of Delhi she transformed the face of Delhi. Our condolences to her family and friends. Hope they find strength in this time of grief said by Indian National Congress.
Delhi Ex-CM Sheila Dikshit was married to senior IAS Vinod Dikshit. In 1986, Sheila Dikshit and Vinod Dikshit were tied in with each other in a positive result. After his marriage, his political career started. After his father-in-law brought him into politics, Sheila Dikshit contested the Kannauj Lok Sabha election. After coming to Kannauj, he came to Delhi.
2019 - A bad year
In the Lok Sabha elections, the Congress again betrayed Sheila Dikshit, but Congress could not succeed in achieving that success. Congress in Modi wave collapsed like a card game Sheila Dikshit, as the state president, wanted to assure the Congress party that it is the only party which can give BJP the option in which it has managed a great deal. However, in this Lok Sabha election, Congress did not get a single seat in Delhi.
Various politicians, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Ram Nath Kovind have expressed their condolences on the veteran Congress leader's death.
