Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be addressing the Climate Ambition Summit 2020 tonight i.e Saturday. According to sources the Prime Minister's address to be organized around midnight and he will attend the summit virtually.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be addressing the Climate Ambition Summit 2020, on Saturday (IST), on the fifth anniversary of the Paris Climate Agreement. The Prime Minister will address the summit virtually through a press conference.

UN, UK and France are co-hosting the summit in partnership with Chile and Italy. United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, UK PM Boris Johnson and French President Emmanuel Macron to also address the Summit, News Agency ANI tweets.

The Climate Ambition Summit 2020 is positioned as a 'sprint of glasgow', where the 26th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 26) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) is scheduled to take place from 1–12 November 2021.
