As per reports coming Indian Army on Sunday, likely to have killed more than 30 Pakistani Militants and Soldiers, in retaliatory fire across the Border. Launching retaliatory attack on Pakistani Terror camps in PoK Indian Army inflicted heavy causality across the border. The attack was launched with Artillery fire opposite to Tangdhar sector in Pakistan occupied Kashmir on Sunday, October 20. In press brief Indian Army also confirmed that 6-10 Pakistani Army Soldiers were also killed based on reports and Militants in more numbers were the target. As per official confirmation Indian Army Targeted 4 Terror launch pads on Sunday, among them 3 camps completely destroyed and 4th Camp also targeted but not burnt completly.
Indian Army on Sunday targeted Terror launchpads in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir specifically targeted terrorists who were ready to infiltrate in Jammu & Kashmir. There has been devastation in Pakistan after the heavy casuality of around 30 plus Pakistani militants and soldiers killed on Sunday. Indian Army targeted terrorist camps and gave a befitting reply to the Pakistani army who under the cover of terrorists, had been targeting Indian Army Soldiers to create panic in Jammu & Kashmir, Indian side.
After the abrogation of Article 370 from Jammu & Kashmir on 5th August, this is the biggest action taken by Indian Army across the border. In press briefing Bipin Rawat said- The Indian army's action was in retaliation to the cross-border firing in Tangdhar by Pakistan, which was trying to infiltrate terrorists. Based on reports 4 terror launch pads in Neelam valley - opposite the Tangdhar sector were targeted & 3 out of them completely destroyed by the Army. The number of casualties are not confirmed as both sides claiming causalities. But reveal from Indian side prescribed that 3 Terror launch pads which might consist of more than 20 terrorists have destroyed completely and in safeguarding the terrorist launchpads, 6-10 Pakistani Soldiers also killed with 155mm Artillery sells.
Pakistan has been making continuous attempts to destabilise Jammu & Kashmir after the revocation of Article 370. The terror camps have been trying to push terrorists into Indian territory to destabilise the situation in Jammu and Kashmir, following the centre's move in August to end the state's special status and bifurcate it into two Union Territories- reports. As per central government reports 2,050 cases of unprovoked firing were reported till September in which 21 lives were lost.
