Night operations have inherent element of surprise. IAF is fully trained & ready to undertake entire spectrum of ops in any environment with help of modern platforms & motivated personnel, said Group Captain A Rathi, senior fighter pilot at a Forward Air Base near India-China border. After the reports citing Chinese PLA & Indian Army mutually decided to pull back its frontline soldiers by few kilometers, Indian Air Force aircrafts remained full prepared and in operational mode, news agency ANI reported. Among the IAF aircrafts which took night operations include Mig 29s, Apache, Chinook & other transport aircrafts participated.
News Agency ANI quoting Indian Air Force on Tuesday released the videos of night operations and preparedness of Indian Air Force at eastern border. Based on sources IAF Chinook, Apache, Mig 29, Su 30 MKI, transport and heavylift aircrafts were seen in operational mode in Monday night. The release of IAF videos came just hours after spokesperson of China's Foreign Ministry said that India and China both have decided to restraint peace in the are and mutually decides to de-escalate the tensions at border areas.
