As India is fighting Coronavirus by maintaining social distancing Central and State governments have laid down toll free Helpline numbers. Central Govt has announced nationwide lockdown across all State and Union Territories. Amid all this Government of India and state governments have rolled down Helpline numbers for public. All Helpline numbers during Covid19 pandemic including State wise helplines for emergency and relief efforts including Police, Post Offices, medical emergency numbers have laid down.
During the health crises 24×7 helpline number 1075 is also rolled down at national level for support, guidance and response to health queries on COVID19, as per Central Government sources. All state governments have also issued Free helpline numbers at district level and all Medical facility helpline numbers at their level.
Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW) with the help of state Governments have issued Helpline numbers, Emergency contacts during Coronavirus Lockdown. Along with the National helpline number 1075, state helpline numbers, district wise contacts, contact for Mental Health related problems or psycho social support helplines numbers are laid down here.
During the fight against Covid19 Centre Government and other agencies to assure public safety and well being have imposed nationwide lockdown of 21 days ending on 14 April and several state governments have sealed various hotspots where the number of cases have found increased. In this situation free helplines are put in place at Central level, state and district level by relevant agencies.
