Enforcement Directorate seizes Vijay Mallya's asset in France worth 1.6 Million Euros

India's Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday seized assets of fugitive Vijay Mallya, in France. According to sources ED has seized a property worth 1.6 million euros initiating investigation under Prevention of Money Laundering case against Mallya.

On the request of ED, a property of Vijay Mallya located at 32 Avenue FOCH, France has been seized by the French Authority. The value of the seized asset in France is 1.6 Million Euros. Following the statement Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday seized Vijay Mallya’s asset in france worth 1.6 million euros.

Indian Govt is fighting for extradition of Vijay Mallya from the UK. Mallya, is accused of fraud and money laundering in the country. Supreme Court of India has ordered ED to take action, after founding the businessman guilty in Money Laundering case.
