Two days after the Delhi violence took place, Delhi police have issued legal notices to 20 farmer leaders for instigating Delhi violence and breaking law & order. Delhi police made an agreement with farmer leaders regarding tractor rally and a route was agreed upon by both farmers and Police, however, certain rogue factions among farmers deviated from the route and entered key areas of the city, and hoisted a religious flag at Red Fort.
Delhi Police issued notices to at least 20 farmer leaders including Yogendra Yadav, Baldev Singh Sirsa, Balbir S Rajewal for breaching the agreement with police regarding the tractor rally. They have been asked to reply within 3 days: Delhi Police

Prominent farmer leaders such as Yogendra Yadav, Baldev Singh Sirsa, Balbir S Rajewal have also received legal notices from the Delhi police for breaching the agreement with police regarding the tractor rally. They have been asked to reply within 3 days.
This news comes after two farmer organizations have announced the withdrawal of the agitation against the new agricultural laws after serious allegations leveled against Rakesh Tikait. Delhi police have also stated that some outside elements might also be involved in this incident.
