COVID-19 India: Nation records highest single-day surge and 3500 deaths in last 24 hrs

India recorded more than 3.8 Lakh fresh COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hrs. This is the most drastic single-day spike in the COVID-19 cases since the Coronavirus pandemic started a year ago.

India recorded 3,86,452 new COVID-19 cases just now. This is the most elevated single-day spike in the cases since the pandemic started a year ago. 

As indicated by the Union Health Ministry, upwards of 3,498 passings and 2,97,540 recuperations were likewise recorded just now.

The combined tally of the COVID-19 cases has gone up to 1,87,62,976. The current active instances of COVID-19 infections in India have now mounted to 31,70,228. Upwards of 2,08,330 individuals have capitulated to the infection up until now. A sum of 1,53,84,418 individuals has recuperated from the illness till now. 

As indicated by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), upwards of 28,63,92,086 subjects had been tested for COVID-19 up to April 29. Of these 19,20,107 Individuals were tested on Thursday across India.
