Amit Shah not meeting Shaheen Bhagh protesters on Sunday, reports

MHA ( The Ministry of Home affairs ) state that on Saturday that no meeting has been fixed with Union Home Minister Amit Shah for Sunday after Protesters claimed that he is going to meet them to discuss issues related to Amendment Act (CAA) .A Group of Shaheen Bhagh Protesters said that they would be going to meet Amit Shah at his residence on Sunday over the main topic of NRC & CAA. MHA in a Statement said that ‘ No meeting is schedule with the Union Home Minister Amit Shah for Tomorrow’ .

Amit Shah Himself Invited People to Meet Him

The statement came two days after Home Minister Amit Shah states in Time Now Summit That If anyone having doubt on CAA Could seek An appointment From his Office and he would be willing to meet the people within the three days. A group of Shaheen Bhagh Protesters Claimed that they will going to meet the home minster and every one of them would meet him personally instead to meet in group . ‘Amit Shah has himself invited everyone on television to meet him, so we are going to meet him tomorrow. Shah himself said that whoever is facing problem due to CAA should meet him,’ said one of the protesters who did not wish to be named. An elder Women Protester Said that ‘Everyone will go and meet Home Minister Amit Shah at 2 pm tomorrow. It's a request that all the citizens including men and women who are facing problems due to CAA, NRC and NPR have to go and meet Amit Shah and PM Modi ji,’.

The Citizenship Amendment Act grants citizenship for Hindu, Sikh, Jain, Parsi, Buddhist and Christian refugees who came from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh on or before December 31, 2014. On Friday afternoon Shaheen Bhagh protesters hold a hearted cut-outs in which they urged to prime minister Narendra Modi to visit them at the site of protest .

Home Minister agreed to meet the Shaheen Bhagh protesters

Senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh on Saturday said  that Union Home Minister Amit Shah had agreed to meet the protesters opposing new citizenship law at Delhi's Shaheen Bagh and welcomed the ‘move’ . Amit Shah is Scheduled meeting on Sunday at 2 pm over thetopic of NRC & CAA with Shaheen Bhagh protesters after a long discussion has been passed .
