AAP to contest elections in Six states including UP, Jharkhand and Gujarat, says Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has decided to contest elections in six states including Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, and Gujarat. The Chief Minister and AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday announced that the party is eyeing to contest elections in six states.

On Thursday during the National Council meeting of the Aam Aadmi Party the convenor and Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal announced that the party will be contesting the elections in a total of six states.

"Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has decided to contest elections in 6 states -Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Goa, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat- in the next 2 years", said AAP convenor and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal at the National Council meeting of AAP.

The Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal was addressing the 9th National Council meeting of the Aam Aadmi Party in New Delhi.
