On Thursday during the National Council meeting of the Aam Aadmi Party the convenor and Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal announced that the party will be contesting the elections in a total of six states.
"Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has decided to contest elections in 6 states -Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Goa, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat- in the next 2 years", said AAP convenor and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal at the National Council meeting of AAP.
