10 People Injured in Grenade Attack on Indian Armed Forces in Anantnag

Based on reports from Jammu and Kashmir Police 10 persons including a traffic policeman and a journalist injured in the Grenade Attack by terrorists in Anantnag, Jammu & Kashmir. Only minor injuries reported so far among injured. Around 11 am at Deputy Commissioner’s Anantnag building, 55 Km far from Srinagar, terrorists hurled a grenade which completely missed what they intended to target, but 10 People suffered the injuries.

On 5th October, Saturday suspected terrorists hurled a grenade outside the Deputy Commissioner's building in Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag & failed in their target. Follow up the attack action has been initiated by the J&K Police. Police has rushed on to identity & nab the culprit- reported by media outlets.

Earlier just few days aga Terrorists in Anantnag at Batot Doda road Indian Army Convoy was attacked and similarly the attack was foiled by the forces and resulted the encounter between the Indian Army personnel and Terrorists.
