Haryana Govt has decided to start bus Services on various routes for commuters to travel from one state to another. On Tuesday CMO Haryana said that state Govt has written to all neighbor states and Union Territories including Delhi, to start Roadways bus services from Haryana. Now it is confirmed that Haryana Roadways buses enroute to neighbor states/ UTs will start operating soon. After the guidelines released by MHA for fourth phase of lockdown, Haryana Government has taken the decision to resume interstate bus transport services to routes encountering with neighbor states and UTs.
Haryana Chief Minister’s Office on Tuesday conveyed the information that the various neighbor stats and Union Territories over resumption of Bus transport services. The letter is written by Haryana state Government to UP, Rajasthan, Delhi, Punjab, MP, Uttarakhand, UT Chandigarh and Himachal Pradesh. Now it is being assumed that very soon the Haryana Roadways buses enroute to neighbor states / UTs including National Capital Delhi, UT Chandigarh & other states, shall seen running carrying commuters.
On Tuesday News Agency ANI quoted that Haryana Govt has decided to start bus services on various routes for commuters. After the MHA guielines the governments of States and Union Territories are given power that the Bus transportation can be allowed at interstate and intrastate in Lockdown 4.0. Intra-state bus services is open in all zones except Containment Zones & Interstate permission will be based on mutual consent of States Governments.
Haryana has already started running its intra-state bus services a couple of days ago. Those services were only meant to stranded migrants and allowed on some selected routes.
Based on new intimation from Chief Minister’s Office, Haryana Govt is ready to resume bus services for commuters / passengers enroute to all neighbor and adjacent states and Union Territories. Here is the list of States/UTs Haryana Govt has decided to resume Bus transport services-
