Haryana Cabinet passes a bill proposing 75% reservation for local youth in Private jobs. State Chief Minister ML Khattar led cabinet meeting on Thursday passed the bill for reservation of 75 per cent locals in state industries. For boosting employment opportunities for the local youth in the private sector, the election promised has been fulfilled, says Haryana Deputy Chief Minister and State Education Minister Dushyant Chautala.
Mr. Chautala earlier presented the draft before the state cabinet proposing 75% reservation in private jobs for youth from the state & after the decision, the cabinet on Thursday gave a nod to the draft. Govt also decided to cut stamp duty charges to 100/- from earlier Rs 2000/-, the decision to draft new Advertising policy and new new rules for Group C & D jobs were among highlights from Cabinet meeting.
The Cabinet meeting was held on Thursday in Chandigarh. Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar and Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala were present in the meeting. Among the other announcements, Govt is working on bringing new rules for Group C and D Jobs in Haryana state and draft has been sent to Cabinet. Work play and Leave policy has been designed for Cyber Working. A policy has been formed for a cadre of nearly 3 lakh workers. They will be trained under HIPA, said CM. Factory Act will not be applicable for new Industries for a thousand days, and approval has been given for creating a friendly atmosphere among state Industries.
