MSBSHSE Class 10th Result 2020 Live Updates- Mahahssc Board to award Average Marks in Geo Paper

Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary is set to declare Class 10th / SSC result 2020. Maha HSSC Board issuing circular intimated that MSBHSE Class 10th result will be declared with awarding average marks in Geography paper, as it was cancelled in the month of March. According to report average marks of other subjects, will be considered as marks for the cancelled SSC paper for Geography subject. As the process of evaluation of answer copies is in final stage Maharashtra Board MSBSHSE shall announce Secondary School Certificate (Class 10th) Result shortly at official website i.e mahahsscboard.in.

On Wednesday Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) announced to award an average of marks obtained in other subjects for the Class 10 Geography paper. The 23rd March 2020 scheduled SSC Geography paper was cancelled due to Covid19 pandemic.

MSBSHSE Class 10th Result

The Maha Secondary & Higher Secondary Board is preparing examination Result of SSC (General / Vocational) examinations held in month of Feb-March. Based on updates coming the Maharashtra Board at mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in and mahahsscboard.in will declare SSC / Class 10th result 2020. Over 17 lakh students appeared in SSC examinations 2020 in Maharashtra, which were scheduled between March 3 and 23. March 23 scheduled Geography paper was cancelled due to pandemic.

In row to declare Maha SSC result 2020, MSBSHSE on Wednesday took decision to award average marks in Geography paper scheduled on 23/03/2020. The average of all other subjects’ marks will be considered marks in Geography paper, circular said. It is also stated that Result is likely to be declare shortly.

Average marks of other Subjects as Geo Score

MahaHssc Board has decided to award marks in Geography paper which was cancelled due to Covid-19 pandemic. The marks will be decided as an average of all other subjects’ marks. In view of the coronavirus outbreak, the MSBSHSE had cancelled the Geography paper, which was scheduled for March 23. According to MSHBSE circular issued due to Covid19 pending SSC Geography paper was cancelled by Maharashtra board & now decides to award SSC students an average of marks obtained in written examination of other subjects.

Average rule for Vocational Subjects

A similar rule will be applied in case of a vocational subject exam for differently-abled students, it stated. Mahahssc Board examinations which was cancelled due to Covid19 pandemic, Board to award average of other subjects’ mark for particulars.
