Goa Board Class 12 Result: GBSHSE likely to declare HSSC results next week

Goa Board Class 12 Result: Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or GBSHSE has released a notification announcing that the Goa Class 12th results or Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) results will be declared by the Board next week. According to the reports, the Goa Board has finished the evaluation of answer sheets of the examinees and is preparing to announce the result date on its official website soon. 

The Board had conducted the Class 12th or HSSC examinations for students in the month of March, however, in the wake of the coronavirus lockdown, the Board had to postpone the examinations for two papers in order to stop further spread of COVID-19. The Board recently conducted the pending examinations in the last week of May and now it is ready to announce the results of Class 12th. Reports say that more than 3,000 students had written in the exam for the postponed papers last month. Similarly, the board had also postponed two exam papers for class 10 or SSC examinations as well, which were later conducted from May 21 onwards.

Last year, the GBSHSE or Goa Board had released the12th exam results in the month of April, in which above 89 per cent students are said to have cleared the Goa HSSC 12th exam. Reports show that a total of 16,959 students had appeared in the Goa Class 12th exam 12019 and above 15,000 students were declared pass. Girls outshone boys in last year's Class 12th or Intermediate examination with 91.97 per cent while the pass percentage of boys stood at 86.91 per cent.

The board will release the Goa Class 12th result on its official website after it is being announced. Students who are eagerly waiting for their result must keep an eye on the board's official website - gbshse.gov.in. To check the Goa Board HSSC results, students will have to use their roll number and date of birth as printed on the admit cards at the time of checking and downloading their Intermediate result.
