CBSE sets up Result Tabulation Help Desk for Class 10 & 12, Details shared at cbse.nic.in

CBSE has set up a help desk for assisting schools in computing class 10 and 12 board results for year 2021. To assist in computing results the central board has issued email, contact and other details. It will address and answer all queries related to the CBSE result tabulation.

CBSE Board Result 2021: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has set up a special help desk for the schools for assisting in the computation of Class 10, 12 results for the year 2021. CBSE has set up a dedicated help-desk exclusively for the purpose of helping schools/ Result committee in preparation of results.

The board said that only queries related to the CBSE result tabulation will only be entertained. No general query would be entertained through the help desk, to ensure its effective implementation. CBSE helpdesk for result tabulation will be functional on all working days (Monday-Friday) from 9.30 am to 5 pm. It will not entertain any visitor for face-to-face interaction.

Under the Result tabulation policy for CBSE Class 10 & 12, Schools are asked to go through the related policies & FAQs for their understanding. The schools are also asked to send the email related to Class X on email [email protected], and related to Class XII on the email id- [email protected]

While sending emails, schools are asked to mention their school no, school name, and city. Also, they have to ensure that mail should be short and clearly explaining their problem. The help desk has been set up to entertain queries related to tabulation policy for both class 10 and 12. Queries will be entertained only in telephonic mode. Multiple and repetitive emails, phone calls are asked to be avoided by the schools.

Schools are asked to keep the following information ready while reaching out to the CBSE Help desk- School name, School number, City name, In case of technical queries, schools will be asked to provide screenshots too, Problems should be clearly and briefly explained in the mail or phone.
