Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has scheduled to conduct the CHSL Tier 1 Examination from 12th April to 27th April 2021 21st & 22nd May 2021. The commission is conducting the examination following the social distancing and other COVID-19 related guidelines, however, a section of students citing the increase in COVID-19 cases has asked the Commission to postpone the pending exams amid a huge surge in COVID-19 cases across India.
When several state governments and central boards have postponed the exams in view of the safety of the students, why SSC is conducting CHSL Tier-1 Examination", a student said in the context of the SSC CHSL Tier 1 examination.
Several state authorities have already postponed the exams in view of the increase in COVID-19 cases. As per the social media trends, thousands of students have contributed in lodging their protest urging SSC to postpone the remaining CHSL 2020 Tier 1 examination.
"Candidates who are scheduled to appear for the CHSL examination in April-May 2021 are under fear to get caught of COVID-19 and it's a serious concern among students", another student writes on social media on the decision to conduct CHSL 2020 examination.
"Due to rapid increase in cases of covid-19 it's my request to the government please postpone the ssc chsl 2020 exam because lacks of the student will appear in this exam, which will be deadly for the aspirants @narendramodi @DrRPNishank", an aspirant of SSC CHSL writes on Twitter.

However, the Staff Selection Commission is yet to comment on the rising demands of the students to cancel or postpone the examination due to COVID-19.
