RRB NTPC CBT Exam - 2020: The Chairpersons, Railway Recruitment Boards, vide Notice Dated the 17th December 2020, have declared the Stage - I Computer Based Test Schedule to be held in multiple phases. The Railway Recruitment Boards shall host Stage - I Computer Based Test for NTPC (Graduate and Under-Graduate Posts) commencing from the 28th of December 2020 up to 13th January 2021 for Recruitment Of Various NTPC Graduate And Under Graduate Posts) Notice On the Examination Schedule For the Computer-Based Test-1. Read the RRBs Notice.  

Centralized Employment Notice No. CEN 01/2019 For Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) Graduate & Under-Graduate Posts against 103769 Vacancies:  

Stage-1: Computer-Based Examination:     

Exam Duration: 120 Minutes   

No of Multiple-Choice Questions: 100   

Maximum Marks:  100   

Marking: +01 Mark for each Correct Response to the Assigned Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions in the Test Paper:  Deduction 0f 1/3rd or (0.33) Marks for each Incorrect Response / Multiple Answers to Multiple-Choice Questions in the Test Paper.    

Section-A: General Awareness: 40 MCQs = 40 Marks; Section-B: Mathematics: 30 MCQs= 30 Marks; Section-C: General Intelligence and Reasoning: 30 MCQs = 30 Marks:

01. The 1st Stage Computer-Based Test will be held in Multiple Phases in order to ensure adherence to all the CoViD-2019 Guidelines for a large number of the Eligible Approximately 1.25 Crore Candidates. Accordingly, the First Phase of the Examination is scheduled for 23 Lac Candidates approximately to be held from 28th December 2020 (28.12.2020) up to the 13th Date of January 2021 (13.01.2021) in various cities all over the country. The remaining Eligible Candidates would be scheduled in the subsequent Phases and accordingly will be intimated accordingly.  

02. For the Candidates who are scheduled in a particular Phase: 2.1. The Link for viewing the Examination City & Date and downloading of Travelling Authority for Scheduled-Caste / Scheduled-Tribe Candidates would be made available on all the Railway Recruitment Board Websites 10 days prior to commencement of their respective Computer-Based Examinations AND  2.2. Downloading of E-Call Letters will start 04 (Four) days before the Examination Date mentioned in Examination City and Date Intimation Link.

03. Information to the Candidate, who is not scheduled in a Phase: On accessing the Link for viewing the Examination City & Date, Message will be displayed “Dear Candidate, You are not scheduled in the present phase. Please wait for Intimation from the Railway Recruitment Boards”.  

04. Forgot Application Registration Number Link will be made available on all the RRBs’ Official Websites to assist the Candidates (who forgot their Application Registration Number) in retrieving their respective Application Registration Numbers.  

05. The Candidates are advised to refer only to the Official Websites of the RRBs for Latest Updates on the Recruitment Process. Please do not be misled by unauthenticated sources.
