Railways Recruitment Board, Chennai (RRB Chennai) to conduct Computer Based Test (Stage 1) exam for the NTPC (Graduate and Under-Graduate) 35,208 posts. According to a recent indicative notice, RRBs would be conducting the Ministerial and Isolated Categories (MI) advt 3/2019 online exam from 15 to 23 December 2020, that has hinted on the availability of exam date, city, and admit cards. According to the indicative notice, dated 30 October 2020, RRB Ajmer to release Advt 3/2019 e-call letter before 4 days of the examination.
Taking a leaf out of the Ministerial and Isolated Categories examination, it is expected that RRB Chennai would also release NTPC exam date and city with a gap of 10 days and Admit cards before 4 day of Exam. As far as the RRB NTPC Stage 1 exam dates are concerned, RRBs to conduct online Computer-Based test for CEN 1/2019 against 35,208 posts, likely after the 23rd of December. Though, official statement is this regard is still awaited.
According to the sources, RRB NTPC admit card shall likely out 4 days before the examination and intimation on exam date and city, before 10 days of the exam. Candidates who have applied for the Non-Technical Popular Categories posts (Train Clerk, Junior Time Keeper, Accounts Clerk, Goods Guard, Traffic Assistant, Station Master and other posts) can check availability of NTPC exam date, City, and Admit card at the official website of the RRB Chennai i.e rrbchennai.gov.in.
Recently, the Nodal board facilitated the Application Status window to the candidates who have registered for the RRB CEN 1/2019 NTPC Recruitment exam 2020. The link was active from 21.09.2020 to 30.09.2020.
RRB NTPC Exam Dates: Dates of RRB NTPC CBT 1 exam will be published on the websites of participating RRBs. Based on the reports, RRB Chennai shall hold NTPC Stage 1 examination only after 23rd December, 2020. However, the official notice on the schedule is yet to be published at Board's website. The examination will be conducted duly observing COVID-19 guidelines.

"Center/ City allocation for CBTs will depend upon technical and logistical feasibility. Candidates may have to travel to other Cities/States for attending CBTs", official notification reads.
RRB NTPC Admit Card: Candidates will have to download the City and Date Intimations to be published 10 days before the Examination. E-Call Letters and Travel Authority (for SC/ST) from the links provided on the official websites of RRBs, likely 4 days before the Examination. The e-call letters for Computer based Test Stage 1 shall release 4 days before the examination date.
