Indian Railways RRB Bhopal has released a fee refund notice 2021 on its website. RRB boards to refund the application fee for CEN 03/2019 to UR and Reserved category candidates, activating the link to update Bank details from Tuesday, March 2nd, 2021. Candidates who have enrolled for the RRB CEN 03/2019 for Various Posts of Ministerial and Isolated Categories are eligible to get a refund of their Registration cum Application charges by making correction of Bank Account Details (if needed) from 02 March 2021 onwards. RRB Bhopal has notified on refund notice of application charges through the website http://www.rrbbpl.nic.in. Candidates have to furnish their CEN 3/2019 bank details to get the refund of the examination fee for Ministerial & Isolated category posts, says RRB.
After the activation of the fee refund link for the advt CEN 03/2019, applicants can avail refund of the fee by using the Registration Number, Date of Birth from the respective website of the Railway Recruitment Board.
As per the notice released by the RRB, intimation on RRB CEN 3/2019 Correction of Bank Account details of CEN 03/2019 link will starts live from 02 March 2021 at 10:00 AM and will be closed by 17 March 2021 at 05:00 PM. Candidates will be required to enter their Registration No, Date of Birth at rrbcdg.gov.in to get the fee refund for MI (CEN 03/2019) from tomorrow.
RRB Fee Refund: Bank Correction Details
"Due to the merging of various banks, their IFSC codes have been changed and it is necessary to reconfirm and take fresh details of the bank account so that refund is made in the correct bank account of the candidate. In order to facilitate these candidates to provide their Bank Account Details, RRBs have decided to provide a one-time opportunity for providing Bank Account Details", an official notice reads.
Accordingly, an Update Bank Account Link will be provided on the official websites of RRBs which will be live from 02/03/2021, 10.00 AM to 17/03/2021, 05.00 PM. SMS and Email will also be sent to these candidates to provide their correct Bank Account Details. Candidates are advised to make use of this one-time opportunity to provide their Bank Account Details.
Fee to be refunded: For the Unreserved category candidates out of the total fee of Rs 500/- an amount of RS 400/- shall be refunded to their bank account duly deducting bank charges, on appearing in CBT. Whereas for candidates belonging to SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen / PwBDs / Female / Transgender / Minorities / Economically backward class fee of 250/- shall be refunded to their bank account duly deducting bank charges as applicable, on appearing in CBT.
Earlier against 1663 Ministerial & Isolated Category posts applications were invited from the eligible candidates in March-April 2019. The online computer-based exam for the posts was held between 15th and 18th Dec 2020.

Candidates who attend the examination are only eligible for a refund of the examination fee as mentioned in CEN 3/2019 Advertisement. All candidates who have given the confirmation to receive their refund to the account from which they have made the application fee payment, need not fill in these details and hence, this will not be visible for them.
Only those candidates who have not opted for the refund to their fee-paid account as above should provide the details of the Beneficiary Bank Account in which they wish to receive the refund viz. Beneficiary Name, Bank Account Number, and IFSC Code of the Bank in the Online Application. Applicants ensuring the asked details need to enter bank details. An intimation has also been sent to the candidates through SMS/ email.
