NTA NEET JEE Exam Dates today: HRD Minister holding Live Webinar

NTA NEET JEE News Exam Dates- Due to the nationwide coronavirus lockdown, for both the joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) Main and National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination (NEET), it was said on Sunday that the new dates for the examinations are will be announced today. This was said by the Union Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD). New dates will be announced by Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank today. The live interaction is scheduled to start at noon. The human resources minister is expected to speak on the test dates for the nationally competitive exams: JEE Main and NEET.

NTA to conduct NEET-UG on 26 July, JEE Main from 18-23 July 2020, said HRD Minister. In his live interaction with students over study-related grievances through #EducationMinisterGoes, Live' Education Minister announced JEE Main and NEET new exam dates. In his interaction on May 5, starting at 12 PM HRD Minister conveyed the NEET exam date as July 26 and JEE Main exam dates from 18-23 July 2020.

According to the National Testing Agency (NTA), for JEE Main there has been more than nine lakh of candidates, on the other hand, it is likely that more than 15.93 lakh of students will take the NEET 2020 exams. Recently, the minister announced that these exams will take place in late May, however, with the lockdown extended until May 17, exams are expected to be further postponed.

NTA NEET JEE New Exam Dates

JEE Main, NEET UG is held for admission to undergraduate courses in engineering and medical. Every year JEE Main is celebrated in April and NEET on the first Sunday in May. However, the exams were postponed due to the national blockade imposed by COVID-19. The Human Resources Ministry previously said the exams will be held in late May.

New academic session to start on September 1-

The University Scholarship Commission (UGC) released an indicative academic calendar last month according to which for higher education institutions on Wednesday that suggested classes for first-year students may start before September 1 and for intermediate-year students on August 1. He also indicated that the admission process for new student lots should take place in August.

JEE Main probably in June; this is what the HRD minister said-

In an interview with The Indian Express, the human resources minister said JEE-Main is likely to take place in June. The Ministry is consulting with interested parties such as exam boards, IIT, and other agencies involved in JEE and NEET logistics operations before announcing the upcoming dates. To assess the possibility of taking online exams for higher education, the DRH ministry has formed a working group under UGC. We will issue guidelines based on the report.

CBSE Class 10, 12 exam date updates-

The dates for the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) class 10, 12 exams will not be released today by the Minister of Human Resources. Refuting the media report that the Minister of Human Resources and Development (MHRD) will announce the dates of CBSE with JEE Main, NEET, the board controller Sanyam Bharadwaj said: 'So far, no decision has been made to announce the dates of board exam tomorrow. '

Highlights of Education Minister Live session

In addition to NEET, JEE, and the pending board examination dates, the HRD minister is also expected to speak about the new academic session. During the meeting of the Minister of Human Resources Development with state ministers of education last week, it was discussed that the syllabus for board exams, as well as competitive exams, including JEE Main, should be shortened by the next session as they have lost a couple of months. This suggestion was made by the Delhi Minister of Education, Manish Sisodia, however, no final decision was made in this regard.

It is also likely to decide whether or not the program of study for the next academic session will be reduced. This was one of the suggestions raised by Delhi's Minister of Education, Manish Sisodia, at the meeting of state education ministers with the Union's HRD.
