Union HRD Minister has announced that no two examinations would clash, as Director General of National Testing Agency (NTA) has been informed. Taking to his social media account, HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank said that NTA will ensure students that the two examinations (NDA and JEE Main) don’t clash. He was responding to quarries in which candidates asked Minister to clarify on NDA & JEE Main examination striking on 6 Sept, 2020.
The response came after students approached Minister regarding clash of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) and UPSC National Defence Academy (NDA & NA) exam. On one hand UPSC has scheduled its NDA & NA examination on September 6, 2020 and on other hand National Testing Agency recently re-scheduled JEE Main from 1-6 September 2020.

Addressing the quarries HRD Minister on Tuesday tweeted “I have received representations from many students regarding the clash of dates of JEE Main with NDA. The matter has been examined. Students appearing in JEE (Main), who could not update that they are also appearing in the NDA exam scheduled on 6th Sept, should not worry”.
NTA will ensure that the two exams don't clash for candidates appearing in both the exams, Minister added. Students are intimated on both NDA & NA examination and NTA JEE Main as both the examinations are scheduled before 10 September 2020.

Earlier both the NDA & JEE Main examinations subsequently postponed due to Corona virus pandemic. NTA JEE Main examination which was proposed to be held in April month have been shifted twice from initial date.
