CBSE has said to bring major changes in CBSE Board Exams 2020 including giving more weightage to internal assessment of the students in the schools in subjects including Maths, Languages, Political Science etc. On Wednesday CBSE board released the Class 10 & 12th Sample Paper of 2020. As per reports from (FE) students appearing for CBSE board Exams in 2020 will witness major changes in new CBSE exam pattern. Central Board is introducing internal assessment in every subject which will facilitate into changing the format of CBSE question paper 2020 & in this regard released CBSE Board Class X, XII Sample Papers 2020 at website.

CBSE NEW CHANGES FOR EXAMS 2020-
Number 1) Central Board of Secondary Education for Class 12th exam 2020 will have 25% multiple-choice questions (MCQs) as per new changes. Till 2019, CBSE had 20 questions out of 100 marks or 20 marks reservation for internal assessment.
Number 2) Out of the Rest 80 marks, now a student will have to answer only 60 marks of subjective questions. As per report the new changes shall help the students to score more marks in Exams.
Number 3) Earlier subjects of CBSE Class 12th standard including Mathematics, Languages (Hindi/English/Sanskrit/Punjabi), Political Science did not include internal assessment. However, after the new CBSE changes in norms, 10 marks will be taken from Internal Evaluation and 10 more from School Exams for these subjects.
Number 4) Even within the subjective type questions, the number of internal options in a question will be increased by 33 per cent. This will leave the students with more options to answer a single question.
Number 5) In English subject, the 20 marks for the internal assessment will be taken from Assessment for Speaking and Listening (ASL), where the students are tested for their English language listening and speaking skills, but it will be conducted by the external examiners.
Number 6) For CBSE Class Xth the 20 marks Internal Assessment has been divided into four parts of 5 marks each - Periodic Test, Multiple Assessment, Portfolio and Subject Enrichment Activities.
As per updates CBSE shall conduct practical exams in the external centres, same as theory exams of 2020.
