Online applications for the recruitment of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (ACIO) Grade II posts will start with the release of notification from December 19. For the recruitment of 2,000 posts of ACIO, MHA to release official Advertisement regarding the same at its official website. Candidates having Graduate degree will be eligible to apply for the MHA IB ACIO vacancies opening in December 2020.
According to the media reports, Ministry of Home Affairs has given nod to the recruitment advertisment followed by PIB Fact Check Agency's denial of such type of recruitment. Following the approval from IB, Ministry of Home Affairs would publish the official recruitment advertisement at mha.gov.in.
Candidates will be able to check the IB ACIO Recruitment 2020 official notification at website mha.gov.in and in Employment Newspaper dated 19-25 December, 2020. The detailed process of Application, Fee, Eligibility, Selection method would be facilitated through the notification. The last date for online application would be 9th January 2021.
Recruitment notification for Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade II posts will be issued tomorrow, i.e 19 December 2020. According to the update released on December 17 on behalf of the employment news being published under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, the recruitment of 2000 posts of ACIO Grade-2 has been confirmed by the Intelligence Bureau.
Assistant Central Intelligence Officer - Grade II / Executive Examination - 2020' would be conducted for the recruitment to a total of 2000 posts in General Central Service, Group C (Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial) in the Intelligence Bureau. The date for the examination, issue of admit card will be notified later at website- mha.gov.in/notifications/vacancies.
Candidates should between 18 and 27 years. The upper age limit is relaxed for candidates belonging to reserved categories.
Educational Qualification- A Graduate Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognised university/ institute.
IB ACIO exam comprises of three tier exam- Ist, 2nd and 3rd. Tier 1 will be objective type paper divided into five parts. The test to carry a total of 100 marks. To qualify the Tier-1 exam, candidates need to secure the required cut off marks, to be decided by the MHA.
Tier I: Online test Comprising of Objective-Type multiple-choice questions of 100 marks.
Tier II: Descriptive type paper of 50 marks
Tier III: Interview conducted for 100 marks.
