The Karnataka Public Service Commission has postponed the First Division Assistant or FDA exam which was to be held on 24 January 2021 (Sunday). The decision to postpone the exam is taken after the paper leaked on Saturday and followed by six persons' arrest by the Karnataka Police. According to the Commission the next date of the examination will be informed shortly at kpsc.kar.nic.in.
Releasing an official notice on its website KPSC writes to its website, "It is informed to all the candidates of FDA 2019 that the exam scheduled on 24-01-2021 is postponed The next date of examination will be informed shortly".
The examination for the FDA was scheduled to be held on 23 and 24 January 2021 at centers across the country. The KPSC organized the FDA exam on Saturday, January 23 which was found leaked at a few centers. Karnataka Police regarding the paper leak matter made six persons held accountable for the paper leak.
