JEE Main 2021 Phase 3 Registration Window Opens; Exam from July 20 to 25

National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the registration window for the 3rd phase of the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main) 2021 at its website The window has opened for the candidates to make new registration and also to make corrections in the application form. The last date for registration/correction at, is July 08, 2021, till 9 PM.

Now, the students can log in to to fill their application forms or to make corrections in the application window.

Earlier, the Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ announced the new exam dates for the pending JEE Main 2021 phase 3 and 4 exams, and said the National Testing Agency (NTA) has decided to give another chance to apply for the exam, who were unable to do it earlier due to Covid related restrictions.

The third session of JEE Main 2021 will be held from July 20 to 25 and the application window will be available from July 6 to 8, the minister said Tuesday evening. Whereas, the fourth and final session of JEE Main 2021 is scheduled from July 27 to August 2. The registration window for the last phase will be open from July 9 to 12.

Mr. Pokhriyal in his video message informed the students that the number of examination centers has been doubled for the remaining sessions and students can also apply for exam center change. JEE Main 2021 admit cards for the third and fourth sessions are expected after the application window.

In the third session, the exam will be held for Paper 2 (BE/ BTech) only. Those who want to appear for paper 1 (B.Arch and B.Planning) will have to wait for one of the fourth sessions. Candidates shall have one last option to appear for the exam. 

NTA said those who have already applied for the exam can modify particulars in their forms during the application window. Due to limited time, no separate window for application form correction will be provided, it said. Further, the result dates for the third and fourth sessions of JEE Main 2021 will be announced later.

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) comprises two papers. Paper 1 is conducted for admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs (B.E/B. Tech) at NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs). Admit card for the same will be issued in due course.
