Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has re-scheduled the Term End Examination December 2020 to the February 2021. In response to questions being asked by learners on social media about examination fees, examination date sheet, admit cards, and format of the exam Dr P Sivaswaroop Director of IGNOU Regional Centre (Nagpur) says, - "The format of the Term End Exams will be traditional and students will have to take the examinations through pen and paper mode".
According to media reports IGNOU Regional Director interacted with the students on social-media and addressed the queries raised by the students regarding IGNOU exams. "It has been officially notified that University exams which were to be held in December, now will be conducted in February. The examination will be conducted for all eligible students,” said Sivaswaroop.
Director said that due to the Covid pandemic there was a delay in conducting the TEE June 2020 examination and the examinations were held in September. However, the university neither made any amendment in the examination pattern nor gave any relaxation in the passing marks. Similar traditional pattern will be followed in TEE December 2020 exams, Official clarifies.
The Open University has extended the last date to apply for the term end examination form to December 15. The closing date of submission of assignments/ field work and projects, has also been extended to the December 15. TEE December 2020 exams have been re-scheduled commencing first week of February 2021.
A detailed date sheet of TEE Dec 2020 would be released shortly at the official site i.e www.ignou.ac.in. Examination hall tickets for the February exams are expected to be released online ahead of the examination.
