IAF STAR 1/2020 Exam in August 2020, Group X, Y Admit Card, soon

Indian Air Force (IAF) STAR 01/2020 e-Pariksha now is planned in third week of August 2020. IAF on Thursday taking to its official website intimated that STAR 1/2020 exam which was cancelled in March 2020 over Covid-19, will be organized in August 3rd week. STAR 1/2020 exam date and admit card are expected to out shortly at the website. On Thursday Indian Air Force through Common Airmen Selection Board (CASB) intimated that IAF’s STAR examination which was scheduled in March 2020 & was cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown in the country, is now re-scheduled in the month of August 2020. 

IAF STAR 1/2020 Exam Date, Admit Card

The Indian Air Force organized Scheduled Test for Airmen Recruitment (STAR 01/2020) examination is tentatively planned in the third week of August 2020. Further, updates will be available on CASB web portal After finalizing the exam schedule (tentatively in 3rd week of August 2020), intimation on STAR new exam date 2020 and availability of admit card would be notified. Candidates from all over India who applied for the STAR 1/2020 selection test by registering at are required to visit the Indian Air Force (CSAB) web portal regularly.

IAF Group X Y Admit Card 2020

Central Airmen Selection Board will release admit card for STAR 1/2020 tentatively 7 days before examination. Candidates applied for IAF Group X/ Y under STAR 1/2020 exam following the official website of can check the latest update on STAR admit card. 

STAR (Group X /Y) Exam Scheme & Pattern

Phase 1 Online Test: All candidates who have applied for STAR 1/2020 are called for Indian Air Force Airmen Selection Group X and Y Phase 1 exam. Exam date and center will be notified via the admit card. STAR Phase 1 exam (Computer Based Test), will be organized in one sitting for both IAF’s Groups X and Y.

Marking scheme: One mark will be assigned for each correct answer and 0.25 marks would be deducted for every incorrect answer as penalty. No mark will be assigned or deducted for any un-attempted answer. 

Only those candidates who qualify the Phase 1 scoring equal or more than cutoff marks of Phase 1 to be called for Phase II. Candidates will require required documents at the time of examination.
