HSSC Gram Sachiv exam 2020 from 25 December, Admit Card to release on December 14, says notice

Haryana HSSC on Wednesday released exam notice for the posts of Gram Sachiv against Advt No 09/2019, Category no 1. Commission has decided to release Admit card from 14 December, 2020. Candidates who have applied for the HSSC Gram Sachiv posts can check exam date notice shortly at hssc.gov.in.

According to a press report, Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) releases an exam notice commencing Gram Sachiv OMR based written examination (90 marks), from 25 December. HSSC shall likely conduct Gram Sachiv exam on 25, 26, and 27 December 2020, in two shifts i.e Morning and Afternoon. Commission shall release Gram Sachiv Admit card 2020 from 14th December, notice reads.

The OMR based written examination for the Gram Sachiv (697 posts) will be conducted in OMR based (Offline format) from 25, 26, & 27 December 2020. The examination will be held in two shifts, 1st from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon and 2nd from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm. The exam time and place of examination will be as per admit card.

"Haryana Staff Selection Commission has fixed the written examination Optical Mark Recognition Based (OMR based) for the post of Gram Sachiv, against Advt no 09/2019, cat. no 1 of Development & Panchayat Department, Haryana to be held on dated 25 Dec 2020 (Friday), 26 Dec 2020 (Saturday), and 27 December 2020 (Sunday), in two shifts, at various districts of Haryana", notice reads.  

Earlier, Haryana Staff Selection Commission invited the online applications against Gram Sachiv 697 posts against Advt no 9/2019, from 19th June 2019 to 03rd July 2019. Following the demand of candidates, Commission re-opened the Registration facility to the new applicants in February-March 2020. HSSC scheduled the Gram Sachiv examination from 13.07.2019 to 18.08.2019, which later postponed to the next announcement. The recruitment procedure later delayed due to Covid-19 pandemic.

The Gram Sachiv examination will consist of 90 marks will be divided into two parts. The examination duration will be 90 minutes i.e 1.3 hours. The OMR based written exam will consist of- a) 75% weightage for General Awareness, Reasoning, Maths, Science, Computer, English, Hindi and concerned or relevant subject, as applicable. b) 25% weightage for History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture etc. of Haryana.
